Load moment of inertia
The moment of inertia of the load represents the inertia of an object during rotational motion, which is equivalent to the mass during linear motion.
The larger the moment of inertia of the load, the less likely the object is to start or stop rotating.
So when choosing a rotary electric cylinder, it is necessary to calculate the moment of inertia of the object being rotated to determine whether the cylinder can control the object being rotated.
The moment of inertia of the load varies with the mass and shape of the object. Please refer to the calculation formula for typical shapes in the following figure.
The moment of inertia of a rotating load can also be expressed as the moment of inertia.
If the calculated moment of inertia of the load is less than the moment of inertia of the rotating axis, it can be used.

Regarding service life and load distance
Rated load is divided into "rated static load" and "rated dynamic load". Rated static load "refers to the load at which a small indentation remains on the contact surface when a load is applied in a stopped state; Um Fixed dynamic load "refers to the" rated dynamic load "when the residual rate (without damage) of the guide rail remains constant after running for a certain distance under applied load....

Dynamic allowable load torque and static allowable load torque
The torque that the guide rail can withstand is divided into dynamic allowable torque and static allowable torque. The dynamic allowable torque is calculated based on the operating life (occurrence of fatigue spalling) when operating under the applied load torque....
